    The 29331F Unlined Plain Toe Blucher is an Alden staple. This plain toe Blucher features a navy blue suede calfskin leather. The suede has a soft, luxurious nap and is known for being pliable and hardwearing. Unlined and paired with a leather sole, this shoe is comfortable on foot from day one.Ā 

    Alden footwear is crafted using Goodyear Welt construction, which allows for a full restoration when necessary and a water resistant build. A tempered steel shank under the arch and a cork fill provides remarkable support and comfort throughout the day.

    The Barrie last runs a 1/2 size larger than your standard US shoe size. The hallmarks of the Barrie last is its voluminous shape (high toe box, wide heel cup) and its ability to fit many different foot shapes comfortably. For this reason, itā€™s Aldenā€™s most popular last. If you have slimmer feet or a low volume instep, sizing down a full size in the Barrie Last is common.
