Saphir's Mirror Gloss Wax is a dry, extra hard wax designed to achieve the ultimate high-shine for your leather footwear. Formulated with a lower concentration of turpentine and solvents and a higher concentration of hard waxes such as beeswax, carnauba and montan waxes. Suitable for most smooth leathers including calf and shell cordovan. Note: Only apply to the toe and heel counter. Avoid applying any hard waxes on the areas of a shoe that creases like the vamp and tongue.
Recommended Use and Directions:
- Hard wax is the final step in your shoe care routine, make sure you're using on a clean and hydrated and/or polished leather.
- Use a cotton chamois cloth to rub a small amount of the wax into the leather in a circular motion. Spritz water onto the cotton chamois to aid in applying the wax. Use as much water as needed so the chamois cloth glides smoothly. Repeat multiple times to build a thin, even layer. Allow the wax to dry between coats, only about 1-2 minutes.
- Buff with a clean part of your cotton chamois cloth creating heat and friction to bring up the shine.

We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for any unworn regular price shoes or leather accessories purchased from us within 14 days of purchase date. We do not offer refunds and store credits do not expire. Shoes and leather accessories must be in the same condition with no signs of try-on or wear to allow for re-stocking. Re-stocking fees may apply for special order items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks or shoe care products. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All in-stock Alden Catalog special orders must be paid in full at the time of order. For back order Alden Catalog styles, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order. No cancellations on Alden Catalog special orders.All Last Call and sale items are considered final sale. No exceptions.If there are any issues with your Alden footwear, please reach out to us immediately. Your order will still be subject to the regular timeframe for returns (14 days of purchase date).
