Sales Associate

Who We Are

Brick + Mortar is a destination shop for those who value a high-touch, old-school service approach and traditionally made, hand-crafted durable footwear with rare materials and luxurious aesthetics. We opened our doors in March 2015 in Downtown Seattle as a high-end men’s shoe store featuring store-exclusive Alden offerings. Our culture is built on a foundation of professional service, creativity, growth, and a dedication to excellence. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s climate and utility needs, B+M’s unique designs embody both luxury and functionality. Our team strives to be knowledgeable experts, offering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. We also believe in a healthy work/life balance, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment while holding ourselves to the highest professional standards.

The Role

The Sales Associate role at Brick + Mortar is an opportunity for an individual with a passion for luxury goods, refined customer service, and detailed product knowledge. This role calls for someone who is excited to serve a clientele who values quality, rarity, and craftsmanship.
