The “Cassill Loafer” is a plain toe slip on loafer made exclusively for Brick + Mortar, crafted from a pitch-black Shell Cordovan from Horween Leather Co. While naturally matte, this leather has the ability to shine up like no other. The Cassill Loafer comes in a sleek profile with a leather sole built upon the attractive Plaza Last. A 360 flat black welt rounds out this slip on for added dimension making this loafer a luxurious, valuable selection, appropriate for your formal needs, semi-formal fun and weekend luxuries.
Shell Cordovan is made from the connective tissue from a portion of a horse’s rump. It’s rare, low yield and known for its dense, tight grain and durability. This leather is highly regarded for being able to maintain its luster and shape over time.
Alden footwear is crafted using Goodyear Welt construction, which allows for a full restoration when necessary and a water resistant build. A tempered steel shank under the arch and a cork fill provides remarkable support and comfort throughout the day.

We will gladly exchange or issue store credit for any unworn regular price shoes or leather accessories purchased from us within 14 days of purchase date. We do not offer refunds and store credits do not expire. Shoes and leather accessories must be in the same condition with no signs of try-on or wear to allow for re-stocking. Re-stocking fees may apply for special order items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks or shoe care products. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All in-stock Alden Catalog special orders must be paid in full at the time of order. For back order Alden Catalog styles, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order. No cancellations Alden Catalog special orders.All Last Call and sale items are considered final sale. All "Add to Run" catalog orders are considered final sale.
