The Process:

A $300 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing a pre-order. The remaining balance + shipping is due once we receive the inventory. If you need a non-standard width or size, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of placing your pre-order. When the order arrives we will contact you and at that point you have up to 14 days to pay the remaining balance, otherwise your order will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

We try our best to communicate with the Alden factory for production updates. ETA's provided on the website is our original intended delivery date but not a guaranteed arrival date. Please note, if your order is a handsewn style there may be delays. Please contact us for any further information.
